It is very important to have a good meal for the family. This receipe is quick, easy and delicious. Give it a try!

Stir fry beef with red pepper and onion
Ingredients:
8oz. rib eye (cut into 2-inch stripes)
1/2 red pepper (sliced)
1/2 yellow onion (sliced)

Marinade:
1 TBSP light soy sauce
1 TBSP sugar
1 TSP salt
1/2 TSP pepper
2 TSP rice wine
2 TSP cornstarch
2 TBSP water
2 TBSP peanut oil

Instructions:
1. Mix beef with marinade for 15 minutes.
2. Heat 2 TBSP olive oil in a pan and stir fry red pepper and onion for 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. Heat the remaining oil in the pan, add marinates beef and stir till it turns brown (1 minute or 2).
4. Put vegetables back to the pan and stir for 30 seconds.
